Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all! Many of our clients provide a key or an entry code. If you prefer to be home, that’s great too—we just ask that we have enough space to work our magic.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. For your peace of mind, we are fully licensed in the state of Florida and carry comprehensive liability insurance. We treat your home with the utmost care, but we’re covered just in case.

Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we provide all professional-grade cleaning products and high-vacuum equipment.
Note: if you have a specific floor cleaner or a "family secret" product you'd prefer we use on certain surfaces, just let us know!

We sure can. Living near the Gulf means sand is a constant battle. We use high-filtration HEPA vacuums and specialized mopping techniques to ensure your floors feel barefoot-ready.

Pricing depends on the square footage of your home, its current condition, and the type of service (Standard vs. Deep Clean).

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand life happens. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the slot to another neighbor on our waiting list.
Do you offer move-in/move-out cleans?
Yes! These are some of our most popular services for Hudson renters and homeowners. We’ll get the place "inspection-ready" so you can focus on the move.
